‘A Rainy Evening in Grey Street’ – my watercolour

Grey Street is in Newcastle Upon Tyne well known for its classical architecture. At its head, is a statue of Charles Earl Grey, Prime Minister of UK in 1830 a local man and particularly remembered for the abolition of slavery in the then British Empire.
