Dalat Market

An amazing display of different produce grown in the countryside around this hill town in Central Vietnam. At altitude, the air is cool and everywhere green and fertile. Even wine is produced here on the sun drenched but cool hillsides. In colonial days Dalat was a popular resort for Europeans to get away from the oppressive heat and humidity of the summer months. The last King, Bao Dai had a summer palace here.
